How to download and setup gli
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/loksonarius/gli.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of gli repositories.

Also you may download zip file with gli https://github.com/loksonarius/gli/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone gli with SSH
