Oraxen is a minecraft plugin that allows to easily use Minecraft 1.14 features in order to create new items with custom textures. It handles the resourcepack generation, upload (using Polymath) and has an extensible API.

How to download and setup oraxen

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/oraxen/oraxen.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of oraxen repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with oraxen https://github.com/oraxen/oraxen/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone oraxen with SSH
