qtspeech
QtSpeech is cross-platform library based on Qt to provide common cross-platform API to access and use system TTS (Text-to-Speech) engines on platforms as Windows (SAPI), Mac (SpeechSynthesis) and Linux (Festival). Licensed as LGPL, so can be used on OpenSource and Commercial products
How to download and setup qtspeech
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/yshurik/qtspeech.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of qtspeech repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with qtspeech https://github.com/yshurik/qtspeech/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone qtspeech with SSH
