How to download and setup Arduino_Core_STM32
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/stm32duino/Arduino_Core_STM32.git

Also you may download zip file with Arduino_Core_STM32 https://github.com/stm32duino/Arduino_Core_STM32/archive/master.zip
