CloudDOE is a user friendly software package to deploy, operate and extend a MapReduce-based bioinformatics environment, which is collectively denoted as a CloudDOE Cloud.

How to download and setup CloudDOE

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/CSCLabTW/CloudDOE.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of CloudDOE repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
