This is simple extension for presenting system-wide notifications from top/bottom of device screen.

How to download and setup ISMessages

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/ilyainyushin/ISMessages.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of ISMessages repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with ISMessages https://github.com/ilyainyushin/ISMessages/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone ISMessages with SSH
