SCIRun is a Problem Solving Environment, for modeling, simulation and visualization of scientific problems. This is version 5, the upgraded version of SCIRun v4.

How to download and setup SCIRun

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/SCIInstitute/SCIRun.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of SCIRun repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with SCIRun https://github.com/SCIInstitute/SCIRun/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone SCIRun with SSH

[email protected]:SCIInstitute/SCIRun.git
