How to download and setup sceptre
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/Sceptre/sceptre.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of sceptre repositories.

Also you may download zip file with sceptre https://github.com/Sceptre/sceptre/archive/master.zip
