How to download and setup WebIDE
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/coding/WebIDE.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of WebIDE repositories.

Also you may download zip file with WebIDE https://github.com/coding/WebIDE/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone WebIDE with SSH
