How to download and setup costar_plan

Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/jhu-lcsr/costar_plan.git

it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with costar_plan https://github.com/jhu-lcsr/costar_plan/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone costar_plan with SSH
