How to download and setup dev_frontend
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/rvep/dev_frontend.git

Also you may download zip file with dev_frontend https://github.com/rvep/dev_frontend/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone dev_frontend with SSH
