How to download and setup dockstore

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/dockstore/dockstore.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of dockstore repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with dockstore https://github.com/dockstore/dockstore/archive/master.zip
