How to download and setup ec2-plugin
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/jenkinsci/ec2-plugin.git

Also you may download zip file with ec2-plugin https://github.com/jenkinsci/ec2-plugin/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone ec2-plugin with SSH
