How to download and setup eland
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/elastic/eland.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of eland repositories.

Also you may download zip file with eland https://github.com/elastic/eland/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone eland with SSH
