In reference to the windows `clip` the `fclip` command copies files to the windows clipboard or pastes them from it.

How to download and setup fclip

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/urbans0ft/fclip.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of fclip repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with fclip https://github.com/urbans0ft/fclip/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone fclip with SSH
