How to download and setup gitlab-config
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/semantic-release/gitlab-config.git

Also you may download zip file with gitlab-config https://github.com/semantic-release/gitlab-config/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone gitlab-config with SSH
