Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/xavdid/heroku-config.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of heroku-config repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with heroku-config https://github.com/xavdid/heroku-config/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone heroku-config with SSH
