git clone https://github.com/doomemacs/themes.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of themes repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with themes https://github.com/doomemacs/themes/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone themes with SSH
