How to download and setup hootstrap

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/ProctorU/hootstrap.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of hootstrap repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with hootstrap https://github.com/ProctorU/hootstrap/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone hootstrap with SSH
