singularity
Singularity has been renamed to Apptainer as part of us moving the project to the Linux Foundation. This repo has been persisted as a snapshot right before the changes.
How to download and setup singularity
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/apptainer/singularity.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of singularity repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with singularity https://github.com/apptainer/singularity/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone singularity with SSH
[email protected]:apptainer/singularity.git
