How to download and setup ipfs-search
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/ipfs-search/ipfs-search.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of ipfs-search repositories.

Also you may download zip file with ipfs-search https://github.com/ipfs-search/ipfs-search/archive/master.zip
