How to download and setup irc

git clone https://github.com/jaraco/irc.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of irc repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with irc https://github.com/jaraco/irc/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone irc with SSH
