How to download and setup l3build
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/latex3/l3build.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of l3build repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with l3build https://github.com/latex3/l3build/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone l3build with SSH
