How to download and setup libtuntap
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/LaKabane/libtuntap.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of libtuntap repositories.

Also you may download zip file with libtuntap https://github.com/LaKabane/libtuntap/archive/master.zip
