使用node.js with koa socketio做出的以本地为服务的V2Ray工具，目前仅支持Vmess链接，并且暂没有完成开发。软件计划便携跨平台，但是出于nodejs的原因，可能会做出electron的版本以供小白使用，技术人员可以使用nodejs开发版本

How to download and setup nV2Ray
