How to download and setup neotest-rspec

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/olimorris/neotest-rspec.git

it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with neotest-rspec https://github.com/olimorris/neotest-rspec/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone neotest-rspec with SSH
