How to download and setup oci-ansible-collection
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/oracle/oci-ansible-collection.git

You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with oci-ansible-collection https://github.com/oracle/oci-ansible-collection/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone oci-ansible-collection with SSH
