Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/open-wc/open-wc.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of open-wc repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with open-wc https://github.com/open-wc/open-wc/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone open-wc with SSH
