How to download and setup pear

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/holepunchto/pear.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of pear repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with pear https://github.com/holepunchto/pear/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone pear with SSH
