How to download and setup pgpdf
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/Florents-Tselai/pgpdf.git

Also you may download zip file with pgpdf https://github.com/Florents-Tselai/pgpdf/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone pgpdf with SSH
