Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/jcmgray/quimb.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of quimb repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with quimb https://github.com/jcmgray/quimb/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone quimb with SSH
