Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/routeur/Pear.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of Pear repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with Pear https://github.com/routeur/Pear/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone Pear with SSH
