How to download and setup runtime-spec
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/opencontainers/runtime-spec.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of runtime-spec repositories.

Also you may download zip file with runtime-spec https://github.com/opencontainers/runtime-spec/archive/master.zip
