How to download and setup smithy4s-fetch
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/neandertech/smithy4s-fetch.git

You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with smithy4s-fetch https://github.com/neandertech/smithy4s-fetch/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone smithy4s-fetch with SSH
