How to download and setup ruler

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/spotify/ruler.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of ruler repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with ruler https://github.com/spotify/ruler/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone ruler with SSH
