This is the repository for the Stmol project, a Streamlit component that uses py3Dmol to render molecules.

How to download and setup stmol

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/napoles-uach/stmol.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of stmol repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with stmol https://github.com/napoles-uach/stmol/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone stmol with SSH

[email protected]:napoles-uach/stmol.git
