How to download and setup vega-desktop
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/vega/vega-desktop.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of vega-desktop repositories.

Also you may download zip file with vega-desktop https://github.com/vega/vega-desktop/archive/master.zip
