How to download and setup wpub-ann
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/w3c/wpub-ann.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of wpub-ann repositories.

Also you may download zip file with wpub-ann https://github.com/w3c/wpub-ann/archive/master.zip
