How to download and setup yii2-forms
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/pceuropa/yii2-forms.git

You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with yii2-forms https://github.com/pceuropa/yii2-forms/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone yii2-forms with SSH
