How to download and setup ImageJ

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/imagej/ImageJ.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of ImageJ repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with ImageJ https://github.com/imagej/ImageJ/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone ImageJ with SSH
