OSGeoLive
OSGeo-Live is a self-contained bootable DVD, USB thumb drive or Virtual Machine based on LUbuntu, that allows you to try a wide variety of open source geospatial software without installing anything. It is composed entirely of FOSS, allowing it to be openly reproduced and distributed.
How to download and setup OSGeoLive
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of OSGeoLive repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with OSGeoLive https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone OSGeoLive with SSH
