How to download and setup PhysiCell

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/MathCancer/PhysiCell.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of PhysiCell repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with PhysiCell https://github.com/MathCancer/PhysiCell/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone PhysiCell with SSH
