A web application that can be used to create and edit BioCompute objects based on BioCompute schema described in the BCO specification document.
How to download and setup bco_editor
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/biocompute-objects/bco_editor.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of bco_editor repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with bco_editor https://github.com/biocompute-objects/bco_editor/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone bco_editor with SSH
