DLB (Dynamic Load Balancing) library is a tool, transparent to the user, that will dynamically react to the application imbalance modifying the number of resources at any given time.
How to download and setup dlb
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/bsc-pm/dlb.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of dlb repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with dlb https://github.com/bsc-pm/dlb/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone dlb with SSH
