This addon will create a hidden button bar, which can be shown under the mouse cursor. It's working just like an actionbar so you only need to drag your spells to it.

How to download and setup Ghost

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/diff3/Ghost.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of Ghost repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with Ghost https://github.com/diff3/Ghost/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone Ghost with SSH

[email protected]:diff3/Ghost.git
