How to download and setup wind
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/ferris1/wind.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of wind repositories.

Also you may download zip file with wind https://github.com/ferris1/wind/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone wind with SSH
