How to download and setup ghcup
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/haskell/ghcup.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of ghcup repositories.

Also you may download zip file with ghcup https://github.com/haskell/ghcup/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone ghcup with SSH
