How to download and setup eclipse-plugins

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/eclipse-embed-cdt/eclipse-plugins.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of eclipse-plugins repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with eclipse-plugins https://github.com/eclipse-embed-cdt/eclipse-plugins/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone eclipse-plugins with SSH
