How to download and setup libSDL2pp
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/libSDL2pp/libSDL2pp.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of libSDL2pp repositories.

Also you may download zip file with libSDL2pp https://github.com/libSDL2pp/libSDL2pp/archive/master.zip
