Magpie contains a number of scripts for running Big Data software in HPC environments, including Hadoop and Spark. There is support for Lustre, Slurm, Moab, Torque. LSF, and more.

How to download and setup magpie

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/LLNL/magpie.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of magpie repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with magpie https://github.com/LLNL/magpie/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone magpie with SSH

[email protected]:LLNL/magpie.git
